EACH unit includes:

1. Editable Lessons, Guided Notes and Assessments (Print and Google Slides)

These resources contain interactive PowerPoint lessons, assessments and visual guided notes to review the key information related to the topic.

They are editable to meet the needs of your students and they include a colorful Google Slides version of both the PowerPoint lesson and guided notes to use digitally!

Included in these resources:

Editable Quick PowerPoint Lessons

Editable guided notes with 2 versions for differentiation

Covers for interactive notebooks

Google Slides versions of PowerPoint lesson and guided notes for online learners

An editable assessment containing 25 questions with a mix of vocabulary matching, short answer and multiple choice questions. An answer key is included. Everything is editable except for the title and any included clip art.

A self-grading Google Forms version of the assessment. The link is in the resource. The google Forms assessment has the same questions but they are all multiple choice.

2. Editable and Self-Grading Task Cards (Print and Google Slides)

Each unit includes a set of 24 editable task cards that can be used in a classroom or digitally for online learning through Google Forms.

They are no prep and they are self grading!

They can be easily printed, cut and laminated for use in the classroom with a ready-to-print student answer sheet.

Review vocabulary and key concepts related to the topics.

The links for Google Forms are available in the resource. An answer key is also included in the resource as well as Google Forms.

Task cards can be printed 1 per page or 4 per page. The answer sheet can be printed 1 per page or 2 per page to save paper. I typically print 2 per page so they’re perfect for gluing into interactive notebooks.

*Please note that the text is editable in each task card but the titles and clip art are not editable.

3. Editable Warm Ups/Exit Tickets (Print and Google Slides)

2-3 weeks of editable warm up questions that could also be used as exit tickets! Digital or print versions that are easy to print or assign and go!

Use these as bellringers to get your students ready for the day or end the class with a ticket out the door. Google Slides versions are also included for online learning!

Each question is in short or long response format so students explain the topic and their understanding.

There are 3 ways to use these editable warm ups/exit tickets:

1. Use them with slides as students fill out the answers on their own personal answer sheet.

2. Use the answer sheets with the questions on them without the slides. I personally have my students hole punch them each week to add into a pronged folder or binder to use as a study tool. You can even print them at 90% so students can glue them into their interactive science notebooks!

3. Use them for online learning or digitally with the Google Slides version. This is also perfect for digital interactive student notebooks.

A PowerPoint version is included for editing and a PDF version is included for easy printing.

Included with the warm ups/exit tickets:

2 weeks of warm ups/exit tickets (10 total).
3 editable templates to fit the needs of you and your students
PowerPoint Slides with the questions to project for your students
Answer key

4. Activities (Print and Google Slides)

These are print and digital interactive science notebook resources that use Google Slides. Perfect for online learning and in-person instruction!

Use these activities for:

Sub Plans

Test Review

Independent review

Stations

Interactive Notebook Activity

Early Finishers

Students will practice vocabulary skills, make real-world connections, label anatomy and review concepts.

The Google Slides activities include either drag and drop or short answer text.

The slides and printable activities are not editable. An answer key is included in the PDF as well as the Google Slides link.

What marine science teachers are saying about this bundle:

“I have waited to write a review on this resource because I can’t put into words how amazing this resource is! There is so much there, and everything is done in a style that is visually appealing to my students and very interactive. I appreciate the ease of incorporating the materials in with ones I have been using. I love the ability to use the materials on our digital platform, but I also love how many of the assignments work well on-paper. I love being able to edit the materials to meet our particular standards of learning and to meet the needs of my students. I teach regular and co-taught classes, and find I can easily edit them to meet the needs of the various levels. The amount of time I have saved by using these materials is priceless. The creator is always super-quick to respond to my questions, and is always updating, making corrections and adding content to this resource. I have purchased other marine science bundles and curriculum materials from other creators, but this one is, by far, the one I use the most.” – Jennie P.

“This has VERY modern and visually appealing format to it. I think it is very well organized and designed. I’ve only taught Marine Science for 1 year, so having this to supplement the other resources that I’ve put together was really helpful.” – Neysa C.

“This was a LIFE SAVER for me as I started marine science at my school. The lessons were very similar to how I teach biology with checkpoints and discussion opportunities during notes and very engaging activities. Thank you!! ” – Sullivan R.
