Introduce atoms and atomic theory with this 3 in 1 resources! This resource includes an editable interactive PowerPoint, guided notes and assessment. Everything is also available in the resource for online learning with digital versions in google slides.
The PowerPoint and guided notes contain an engagement piece, checkpoints throughout the lesson and a “bringing it back” component which ties the learning back to the engagement piece. Editable Guided notes are included that your students can work on as you go through your lesson and guide discussions. An editable assessment that ties in with the PowerPoint provides insight on what students have learned throughout the lesson.

2. Digital Interactive Google Slides
This is a fully digital resource that uses Google Slides. There are 6 interactive activities to review Atoms and the Atomic Theory.
Students will review vocabulary, scientists contributions to the atomic theory, atomic numbers and calculate mass numbers.

4. Task Cards
These 24 Atoms and the Atomic Theory editable task cards can be used in a classroom or digitally for online learning through Google Forms with no prep and they are self grading! They can be easily printed, cut and laminated for use in the classroom with a ready-to-print student answer sheet.
The link for Google Forms is available in the resource. An answer key in included in the resource and in Google Forms.
Task cards can be printed 1 per page or 4 per page. The answer sheet can be printed 1 per page or 2 per page to save paper. I typically print 2 per page so they’re perfect for gluing into interactive notebooks.
The text is editable in each task card but the titles and clip art are not editable.
5. Choice Board
Students have options in how they apply their knowledge of pure substances and mixtures through choice. There is differentiation with the activities so students can have autonomy with their learning and presentation of knowledge.
All student submissions can be used for online learning!
This editable choice board can be used in an in-person classroom or through online learning online and is editable to suit the needs of you and your students. Students can also submit these to you digitally!
